Brief Description of Package: 1. 132kV Underground cable-pot head installation, cable termination (Cable pot-head, terminal clamp, Pressure Relief Device, pot-head basement will be supplied from departmental store) ;

2. Testing and commissioning of installed pot-head;

3. Supply of necessary accessories for cable termination works (as per mentioned in BoQ).
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 25000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.A satisfactory completion of High Voltage (equal or more than 132kV) XLPE Underground Cable pot-head installation/termination/maintenance works for a Cable size of minimum 500sqmm at any High Voltage indoor/outdoor AIS/GIS bay under any Government organization such as: BPDB/PGCB/EGCB/DPDC/DESCO etc of at least Tk 7,00,000.00 under 03 Nos of contract(s) over a period of 03 years shall be required. 
2.The bidder shall submit a consent Letter to PE for this Work.
3.Valid Trade License, Up-to-Date Income TAX,TIN,VAT Certificate.
4. Documentary evidence of liquid assets (Bank Statement/ Bank Solvency certificate).
5. Documentary evidence of Average Annual Construction Turnover (work completion certificate is mandatory).
6. A Programme (Work Schedule) must be submitted for this Works within 03 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
