Eligibility criteria:
1.The tenderer must have valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
2.Tenderer must have solid Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 25 (Twenty five) lac Taka as liquid asset.
3.Tenderer should have experience on supplying related Items  amount of minimum 4 (Four) Lac Taka in a single contract  in last 03 (Three) years.
4.The Tenderer must submit the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) Authorization Letter.
5.Tenderer shall have to submit Manufacturer’s (OEM) drawings mentioning and technical specifications/ technical data sheet of the offered items.
6.Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate from the manufacturer (OEM) confirming that, offered items must meet the design specification of the Units and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
