Brief Description of Package: Brief Description of the Works: The works consists of the following components:

Construction of public sanitation and hygiene facilities (including all associated construction, plumbing, electrical works & Running water with submersible pump etc).
Response to Covid-19 Hand Washing Station with Running Water supply by Installing Tubewell with Over Head Tank and associated facilities.
New sanitation and hygiene facilities in community clinics (including all associated construction, plumbing, electrical works & Running water with submersible pump etc).
Renovation of existing public sanitation and hygiene facilities in community clinics and Provision of running water with submersible pump and associated facilities in toilets of community clinics.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 450000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Submitted tender will be treated as 'Non-Responsive' due to the failure of submission of following eligibility documents related to the Tenderer -
1) Duly attested copy of updated trade license, TIN and VAT certificate, Specific Experience, AACT
2) The certificates to be submitted by the tenderer in proof of specific experience or average annual construction turnover (AACT) must have the information such as particulars of PE including email address and contact no., business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract and final bill amount etc. Failing in doing so will turn the submitted tender as ‘Non-Responsive’. A sample is attached in the particular conditions for reference.
3) Scanned copy of original liquid asset document (certificate or statement from bank issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website) in the format designated in PPR.
4) The credit facilities should be sanctioned in favor of contractor and issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in accordance with ITT clause 32.1 (d) without alteration and must submit in the format of credit line (Form PW 3-7). A sample is attached in the particular conditions for reference.
5) Tenderer should submit the information related to ‘Tender Capacity’ as per standard format provided in particular conditions.
