Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature Goods and related services shall be: At least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 4,00,000.00 (Four lakh) only. Similar Experience Certificate from Private Institution are not acceptable.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 4,00,000.00 (Four lakh) only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
(e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
