Brief Description of Package: • Construction of public sanitation and hygiene facilities (including all associated construction, plumbing, electrical works & Running water with submersible pump etc).
• Response to Covid-19 Hand Washing Station with Running Water supply by Installing Tubewell with Over Head Tank and associated facilities.
• New sanitation and hygiene facilities in community clinics (including all associated construction, plumbing, electrical works & Running water with submersible pump etc).
• Renovation of existing public sanitation and hygiene facilities in community clinics and Provision of running water with submersible pump and associated facilities in toilets of community clinics.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 4700000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 156666666.

The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender:
1. the certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of specific experience/ AACT must be as per the standard format (CPTU) and must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c email & contract no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.) Tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as Non-Responsive during evaluation.
2. Tenderer must upload tender capacity documents as payment certificate (for proof of tender capacity). Tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as Non-Responsive during evaluation
3. If tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified seperately for liquid asset & tender capacity
4. If tenderer submits any fake certificate/documents, action will be taken to debarment of the organization as per PPR-2008 & PPA-2006.
