Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
   The Tenderer must have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
    The minimum supply value of similar goods under a single contract in the last 3(three) years to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body/Commercial Bank/Multinational company should be minimum for Tk. 5.0 (Five Lac)
    The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility should be for Tk. 5.0 (Five Lac).
    Should have the following documents : VAT Registration Certificate, Updated Income TAX Certificate, Valid Trade License, Bank Solvency Certificate, Experience Certificate and all other qualification will be applicable as specified in TDS.
