Eligibility criteria:
1. Any individuals(s)/Firm(s) enlisted in e-GP portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.bd) that fulfill(s) the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Other Condition of Tender Documents.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 25.00 Lac under 01 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25.00 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 Lac.
5. The minimum capacity shall be:Tk 20.00 Lac.
6. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade Organizations registered in Bangladesh.
7. Payment to the contractor will be made by the PE on the availability of fund and budget allocation. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
8. Tenderrs shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh
9. Tenders and all parties’ constitutions the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest.
10. The provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
11.The Authority may reduce the scope of work, if reduce the scope of work no claim will be entertained.
