* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2900000 ~ 8700000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods and related services shall be: At least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 11,00,000.00 (Eleven lac Taka) only. The minimum total specific experience is 22,00,000.00 (Twenty Two lac Taka) only.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 23,40,000.00 (Twenty Three lac Forty Thousand Taka) only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with updated BIN number.
(e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
