7. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.
8. Credit Limit, Bank Statement and Bank solvency Certificate have to submit from last One month to last document selling date.
9. Experience Certificate (Original Copy) form any Organization on similar type of supply of the value of the at least TK=20,00,000/- (Twenty lac) in a single work order including name, address and contract telephone number of such purchaser (s).
10. Brand Name, Model No., Country of Manufacturer and Place of Origin of items will have to be mentioned.
11. Detailed Technical Specifications of every item will have to be mentioned as per PE’s given specifications range is mandatory in the specification box. ("as per schedule" comments will not be granted).
12. Tenderer have to submit each products original color printed catalog/Brochure or weblinks prepared by the original manufacturer. Products original color printed catalog/Brochure or weblinks printed on the Tenderer's official pad will not be accepted.
13. Minimum 5 (Five) years over all working experience in e-GP system and 3 (Three) years working experience on similar type of supply with good records.
14. And other eligibilities will be as per TDS.
