Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor only who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and will be eligible.
b) This is an online tender where only e-Tender will be acceptable in the National e-GP System portal and No offline/ hard copy will be accepted.
c) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate.
d) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's.
e) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk.
f) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
g) The tenderer who have not completed the work within the stipulated time in any valid reason, those contractors will not be considered as a responsive bidder.
h) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
i) The default contractors of HED whose are unable to handover or complete the project (Repair & Maintenance of Revenue and Development Budget) will not allow participating in tender process (Valid reason).
** Special obligatory followable terms & conditions :
i.        A display board measuring approximately 3’-0” x 2’-0” must be overhanged at site containing information on work name, contract amount, completion tenure, Contractor’s name with address & Mobile Number etc.
ii.       Acceptance of written approval from institutional head before washing/painting.
iii.      Presentation of angle-wise still picture & video of pre & post work measurement before submission of bills.
