Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 91666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 275000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 91666666 ~ 275000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one)contract of similar nature building construction work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 675.00 lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1200.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 350.00 lakh ( adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format (witout alteration or addition) as specified Form PW 3-7 (CPTU STD PW3) (Failing to submit in PW 3-7 will make the tender nonresponsive).
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 800.00 lakh only
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents: a) Updated income tax clearance certificate. b) Valid VAT registration certificate. c) Updated Trade license. d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board,Government of Bangladesh
