Eligibility criteria:
1. All the tenderers have to be Bangladeshi citizen, must have valid trade licese, income tax certificate and VAT registration certificate.
2. All the tenderers must follow PPR-2008 rules and regulations.
3. The tenderers have to satisfy the following requirements:
(a) Supply experience of BDT 2 lacs in the last 2 years.
(b) Annual Turnover of BDT 4 lacs in the last 2 years.
(c) Liquid Asset or, Bank guarantee of BDT 2 lacs at least.
4. Tenderer must have to supply all items in full quantity.
