Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1 . Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertained.
2. Spoil earth management will followed as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.
3. Quantity of tender item may increase or decrease.
4. The selected contractor will hand over total site at a time. No scope to handover site partly.
 5. Silt will be removed by contractor until the final measurement is taken. Otherwise final post work will be taken above the silt.
6.The contractor will bear the expense to remove of illegal occupancy/structures if remain besides the river.
7 Cost of interim and post work survey and more video beyond schedule (if applicable) will be borne by contractor.
8. The design may be changed/ altered.
9. All the liability of contractor personnel will be borne by contractor.
