6. The tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to tender.
7. The tenderer shall n ot be insolvent.
8. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.9. Payment certificated will be excepted but must be included this payment certificate aginist the work order/ work completion certificate and including documents. otherwise not accepted this payment certificate for tender evaluation.10) NOA/Work order will be issued after necessary approval from the competant authority.
