Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1266666 ~ 3800000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of Similar nature Work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lakh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract, (in the form of Form PW3-7) otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk.10.00 (Ten) Lakh
