Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1416666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4250000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1416666 ~ 4250000.
Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below :
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Civil, Sanitary Works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Civil, Sanitary works completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 15.80 (Fifteen Point Eight) Lakh under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 79.00 (Seventy Nine) Lakh over the last 03 (Three) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 23.75 (Twenty Three Point Seven Five) Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in ePW2a-3 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mention.
The Tenderer have to up-to-date PWD Enlisted License, up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.
Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 21.00 (Twenty One) Lakh. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.
