a) Well reputed solvents tenderers, authorized manufacturer, agents, distributors having office establishment, repairing facilities and workshops, logistic support, good performance records and minimum 10 years past experience of supplying new and quality vehicles to Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous bodies.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum value 55 (fifty five) lakh in one financial year in the last 05 (five) years.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities, Free funds shall be Tk. 65(sixty five) lakh.
d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
