* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 49500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment chemicals in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private amounting not less than BDT 1,55,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Fifty five Lakh Only) in the last 36 (Thirty Six) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of chemicals amounting less than BDT 50,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Lakh Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation]
3. The minimum supply capacity of chemicals is: 39 Ton.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), from any scheduled bank, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 1,62,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Sixty-two Lakh Only).
