Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of Repair/Construction of Regulator, Aqueduct, Siphone, Stair Ghate & Bridge Works complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed at least Tk 100.00 Lac under 01 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 145.00 Lac over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 Lac For credit certificate from bank Tender ID
4. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition.
5. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
6. All tenderers are requested to fill the necessary forms accurately (especially e-PW2A-2A and e-PW2A-2B) and the PE shall consider work completion certificates for the last 05 years from the IFT publication date only for calculation of general experiences, specific experiences, tender capacity and evaluation of the tenders.
7. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders/Proposals.
