Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
* The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings.
i) VAT/BIN registration
ii) Up to date income tax Certificate.
iii) Up to date Trade license
iv) Nationality Certificate.
* The Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
* Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
* Carrying cost of Vehicles/Equipment’s (Loading & Unloading) is not included in the
estimated cost. Therefore, the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for
performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineer in Charge.
