* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.

2. Tenderer should fulfill all criterias which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (From PW2a-3, in section-7).
4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund and after BWDB Pre Work & Post work Measurement by PE's office & BWDB's Taskforce. For this no claim will entertain.
5. After completion the tender opening process. If disable to download the important documents of the tender. Which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
6. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
7. Latest CPTU/CPC circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
8. Evaluation will be done on the basis of the past performance Evaluation matrix. So, authenticated information along with documents will have to be incorporated with the tender. Planned & Actual start/commencement & completion date will have to clearly mentioned in the work certificate. Also Ongonig work shall be mention properly, if hide any ongoing work that will be considerer in evaluation process.
9. Arrangement of land for excavated earth management & working area (if any) need to be made by the tenderer and no claim in this regard will be entertained. Also the work will be completed by tenderer of his own management of site.
10. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
