Eligibility criteria:
1. A minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of Goods(Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e- GP system)
2.The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Similar Goods and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning ) at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years each with a value of at least Tk 160000 (ONE LAKH SIXTY THOUSAND Tk. Only) in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/private Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (Three) years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.
3.The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
a.Catalouge and Brochure
b.Certificate of General Experience as Tenderer for 03 (Three) Years
c.Valid Trade License for FY 2021-22
d.Valid VAT & TIN certificates
e.Income Tax Clearance certificate (FY 2021-22) (Assessment yr 2021-22)
f.Certificate of Specific experience for Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of minimum Tk. 160000 (ONE LAKH SIXTY THOUSAND Tk. Only) in a single agreement within last 03 (Three) years in any govt/semi govt/autonomus/private organisation
g.Documente of Minimum Liquid asset of minimum Tk. Tk 160000 (ONE LAKH SIXTY THOUSAND Tk. Only) Any other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document and ITT.
h. Valid NID.
