Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work is at least one (01) contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.30.00 lakhs in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single structure (Only Work Completion Certificate will be acceptable). Ongoing work or Uncompleted work will not be acceptable and Result is Non-Responsive.
3) Who has had a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05(Five) years of Tk 20.00 lakhs (Total=20.00x5=100.00 lacs). (From IFT to Backward 5 years).
4) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets of Tk 10.00 lakhs. In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance sheet regarding balance (The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal) b) For credit Facilities i) Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance c) For Credit line/ Credit commitment i) Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional. The Liquid Assets must be within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender.
5) Tenderer must possess i) Up to date Trade license ii) Valid VAT registration certificate iii) Valid Upto Date Tax Paying certificate iv) NID Card.
6) Tender Security is Tk 1,20,000.00 (ONE LAKH TWENTY THOUSAND) to be issued in favor of Treasurer, BRUR, Rangpur.
7) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
8) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
