Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
Tenderer should have solid Bank Solvency/Bank Statement/line of credit reflecting minimum 10 (Ten) lakh Taka as liquid asset.
The satisfactory completion of supply of Instruments and Control Goods of minimum BDT 10 (Ten) lakh taka under maximum 3 (three) number contracts in the last 3 (three) of years.
Manufacturer Authorization Letter is must.
Tenderer must submit 1 (one) years warranty certificate of the item.
Proper documentation (Catalogue, O&M Manual) should be supplied, Inappropriate document will cause the tender to be rejected.
Less quoted price or lower profit limit may considered as tenderer incapability and cause the tender to be rejected. Total quoted price should not more/less than ten percent of estimated price.
