Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 37500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Submitted tender will be treated as 'Non-Responsive' due to the failure of submission of following eligibility documents related to the Tenderer -
1. “ It is to be noted that quated boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwish tender would be consider non-responsive without accptable clarification”
2. Specific experience Work & Turnover Document in the form of Work certificate.
3. Tenderer should submit the information related to ‘Tender Capacity’ as per standard format provided in particular conditions.
4. It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment).
5. Steel shutters must be used for all types of RCC work.
6. The boring depth of the tube well can only be increased by 10% of the estimated average depth, in no way less than 10%. The information obtained by boring and filters should be installed only tested well- watered layer.
7. After installation of one tubewell of each package water quality tested from DPHE laboratory. After getting water quality (Arsenic and Iron) as per allowable limit of Bangladesh Standard other tubewell and structure may be constructed.
8. If water quality is not acceptable as per Bangladesh standard, tubewell will consider as unacceptable. No payment will be made this type of unacceptable tubewell.
