Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade Licence,VAT, e-TIN certificate and return submission certificate.
2. Documentary evidence of the minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works, painting etc. shall be 5 years in any government / Semigovernment/Autonomous organisation.
3. Documentary evidence of satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 10,00,000.00 under 02 of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation.
4. Documentary evidence of the required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10,00,000.00 over the last 3 years.
5. Documentary evidence of the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00.
6. Authorization letter from authorized local agent of the manufacturer in sealed container  for best quality and color of synthetic enamel paint, epoxy paint, red-oxide.
