N.B : The contract will be signed and the work will be implemented subject to the assurance of receipt of funds.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2066666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2066666 ~ 5000000.

As per TDS.
Note: Test of materials must be perform under BUET/RUET/DUET/Equivalent and test of water samples must be perform from Zonal Laboratory of DPHE. Tenderer Should bear all cost of Tests.

Submitted tender will be treated as 'Non-Responsive' due to the failure of submission of following eligibility documents related to the Tenderer—
i) Duly attested copy of updated Trade License, TIN and VAT certificate (13 Digit).
ii) Duly attested copy of required specific experience.
iii) Copy of turnover document in the form of payment certificate.
iv) The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this Tender ID.
v) It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment).
vi) Tenderer should submit the information related to ‘Tender Capacity’ as per standard format provided in particular conditions.
vii) It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment)
