Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 35000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 105000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 35000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have Minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(One) number of RCC building (Having pre-cast pile Foundation) construction work including civil, sanitary, electrification works amounting to Tk. 255.00 Lakh in a single work order in Government semi-Government/Autonomous Organization during last 5(Five) years as stated in TDS of Tender documents.
c) In case of work done under any Government / semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies/Government Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer of the organization (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. .
d) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 625.00 Lakh during the last 5(Five) years.
e) Liquid Assets or Credit facilities against the work shall be Tk. 210.00 Lakh Only as stated in Tender & Contract forms PW3-7 of Tender document. (Bank Certificate/Transaction statement in this regard should be issued not more than 28(Twenty Eight) days before the date of submission of the Tender
f) Valid VAT registration certificate and up to date Income tax certificate
g) Upto date Valid Trade License.
h) The Tenderer must have up to date Electrical ABC and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh
