The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2,50,00,000.00 (Two Crore Fifty Lac) only over the last 05 (Five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital, or Unconditional Credit Line, or credit facilities or bank balance of the tenderer shall be Tk 48,00,000.00 (Forty Eight Lac) only.
