Brief Description of Package: Extension and installation of service water line for residential house and compound canteen.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3,75,000/- (Tk 3 Lakh Seventy Five Thousands) under 01 (One) of contract over a period of 03 (Three) years from the date of publishing of IFT shall be required.
2) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 3,75,000/- (Tk 3 Lakh Seventy Five Thousands) (Specially for this tender) only.
3) The Tenderer shall be submitted expert manpower and equipment list for relevant works in Company letterhead pad.
4) Decleration on letterhead pad that tenderer shall submit detailed drawing of completed work after installation.
5) Others documents specified in TDS, PCC and Technical Specifications.
