* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. National Id.
2. Valid Trade License
3. Valid Vat Registration Certificate.
4. Valid Tax identification Certificate.
5. Similar experience stated in the tender doccument.
6.Tenderer shall have both valid certificate/licenses for supply and carrying of chemical from competent authority.
7. Certificate of origin of the goods.
8. Authorization of importer/dealer/original companies.
9. Product doccument and specification with analysis.
10. Quoted price should be reasonable, in case of unreasonable price PPR-2008 will be followed for necessary action.
11. Tenderer shall submit at list 1 (one) kg/litre sealed sample for each item and detail test analysis report, product data sheet through postal or courier or directly to the PE's office before closing time.
12. After contact, supplier shall supply all goods/products with original sealed container or packages to PE's office or store.
