Eligibility criteria:
(a) Tenderer must go through TDS, PCC & Section 09 of the “Document” Tab & submit relevant Documents accordingly. (b)The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 05 years. (c) Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) Number of 01(one) Storied RCC Building including Internal Electrification work of minimum Tk. 57.00 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk.100.00 lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In case of JV,the JV agreement Documents must be submitted along with the respective payment certificate otherwise the payment certificate will not be considered (e) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.70.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 2a-3) in Original form, which must be unconditional.(f) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 61.00 lac. (g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date PWD license.(v) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board GOB (vi) Time Bound work plan in Bar Chart.
