Eligibility criteria:
a. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be One (1) year.
b. The minimum Specific Experience as Supplier in supply of Goods at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 Lakh (N.B: Copy of work order & completion certificate must be submitted to support of fulfiling the requiremen).
c. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 18.00 Lakh. (in the Form PG2-5) in original form.
d. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2021-2022).
e. Income Tax clearance Certificate & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit).
f. If any mistake/ omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2008 & its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
g. Satisfying other criterion laid down in the Tender date sheet of Tender documents.
h. Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
