Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
b) Liquid Asset is 25.00Lakh.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2016-2017 to FY 2020-2021), in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk 22.00 Lakh.
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY 2016-2017 to FY 2020-2021), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
e) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
d) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.
e) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 15/03/2022.
f) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd.)
g) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
i) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
j) The default contractors of HED will not allow participating in tender process.
k) Work Order should be given after approval of Revised Operational Plan (ROP).
