* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2766666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8300000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Only e-GP Registered & Updated Renewed Enlisted Contractors are eligible.
(a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05(Five) year's.
(b) Specific Experience:
(i) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of Building construction works of Government / semiGovernment / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 18.00 (eighteen) Lac,in a single contract.
(ii) Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK. 21.00 (twenty one) Lac, This mustbe supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five)years
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets TK 15.00 (fifteen) Lac, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tendermust be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW2a-3).
(e) Tenderer's having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of theproposed works, shall be rejected. If the quoted price is same among the tenderers then evaluation process is maintainedaccording to the ITT Clause 30.4
(f) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
(g) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk.20.00 (twenty ) Lac
• Tenderers not completing the previous 2020-21 year OP/GOB (R&P) words upto IFT date will be rejected.
