Brief Description of Package: 1. Minimum 5 (five) years general experience in construction works.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works Maintenance/Renovation of Building at least Tk.8 lakhs under single contract(s) over a period of 3 (three) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.45 lakhs over the last 3 (three) years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.10 lakhs.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.11 lakhs.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
7. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
