Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 17000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5666666 ~ 17000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderers are requested to follow the amended TDS.)
1. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Dhaka Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Dhaka or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Dhaka O&M Division-2, BWDB, Dhaka will be allowed (Bank Guarantee Form PSN-4).
2. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
3. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.
4. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post, CV of all personnel, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.
5. Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not guarantee permanent employment. As soon as the manpower supply expires, their service period or service will automatically expire. Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility in this regard cannot be claimed in any way.
6. Fund is available upto June 2022. Payment for remaining period would be subjected to availability of fund.
Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Manpower Supply work which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in section-7.
