Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1.To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
2. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate,VAT Clearance Certificate,Up to date TIN Certificate and Up to date License.
3. The default contractors of HED HQ and HED Barishal Division also whose are unable to handover or complete the project of Repair & Maintenance of Revenue and Development Budget in FY : 2020-2021 (Before this IFT Date ) will not allow participating in tender process and will not be allowed as a responsive tenderer.
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contract completed during last 5 (five) years:
a.Similar Nature of work means completion of Minimum One-storied building with R.C.C. frame structure with valued Minimum Tk.22.00 (Twenty Two) Lac in a single Contract under Public fund.
5.The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk.37.00 (Thirty Seven) Lac over the period of last 05 (Five) years. i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
6.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac.
7.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lac.
8.The remaining terms and conditions will be applicable as per ITT, TDS, PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 (Last amendments).
