Eligibility criteria:

A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 22.00 [Twenty two ]Lac under 1 Number of contract(s) over a period of Last 5 years shall be required.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk19.00 (Nineteen) lac (Date of Bank certificate/Bank statement will be after the period of tender published)
The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five) Lac over the period of last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
The minimum Tender capacity shall be TK 22.00 (Twenty Two ) Lakh.
1.Written approval head of the institution must be taken before painting.
2.Submission of bills including preview Still image of the protect site should be mentioned in the terms of the tender and must be displayed by the higher authorities during the inspection.
