* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. To submit e-Tender, all eligible contractor who are registered in the National e-GP portal System (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
2. This is an online tender where only e-Tender will be acceptable in the National e-GP portal system and no offline/hard copy will be accepted.
3. The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP portal System have to be deposited online through any scheduled Bank up to 17:00 on 15/03/2022.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk . 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac taka zero paisa only)
5. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk . 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac taka zero paisa only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
6. Tenderer shall have the construction experience as prime contractor, of at least one single work ( at least 20 Lac in single contract) of a nature and complexity equivalent to the work over the last 03 (Three) years
7. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate.
8. Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
9. Not more than 02 (Two) works will be awarded to a Tenderer in this e Tender.
10. Others eligibility remains as per TDS.
11. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders prior to acceptance without assigning any reasons thereof.
