* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 23000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 4 (Four) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. Similar Goods completion certificate to Gov't, Semi Gov't, Autonomous organization in Bangladesh of minimum BDT 90 (Ninety) Lac under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 4 (Four) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum Tk. 95 (Ninety-Five) Lac only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
4. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, TIN Certificate and BIN/e-VAT Registration Certificate.
5. The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in Section-1: Instructions to the Tenderers (ITT) of the e-Tender Document (e-TD).
