* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 366666 ~ 1100000.
Eligibility criteria:
All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the procurement process, who have following qualifications.
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Computer and Computer accessories as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Computer (Desktop or Laptop) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last (05) (Five )years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.30 (Three Lakh Thiry Thousand ) in any Govt./Semi-Govt. or Autonomus Organization[Copy of Completion certificate and work order must be submitted]( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK. 5.00 Lac.Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.Bank solvency/Bank Statement certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
4.The amount of the Tender security shall be TK.11000.00
5.Up-to-date valid Trade License,TIN Certificate and vat Certificate.
