Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have valid Trade Licence, Up to date VAT and TIN Cerificate.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of an amount of minimum Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac. under Single of contract over a period of Last Five years shall be required. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk.70.00 (Seventy) Lac or bank statement bearing the same value issued within start and end date of IFT in e-GP portal .(Document must be submitted as per instruction given in ITT clause 32(1)(d)) of tender Document (PW3))
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac over best 5 Years out of last 5 Years.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac Only.
6. The Tenderers must have to submit their "Manufactring Authorization Certificate" with Technical Specification on Defrred Grade (DG) and High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Sheeting. Country of Orgin shall be Japan/USA (or Equivalent) for ensuring the quality of Products.
