Eligibility criteria:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents:
a) General experience of not less than 05(five) Years.
b) Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 10 (ten) years:
Successfully completion of Civil Construction works amounting of Taka at least 70 (seventy) Lakh in a single work order/NOA during the last 10(ten) years of any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomus Organization.
c) The minimum amount of available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 40.00 (forty) lakh (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission). For credit limit the specific format which is attached in e-PW3 section-8 must be used.
d) The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than 85 (eighty five) lakh over the best 3(three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
e) The tenderer must also have upto date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
f) All others as stated in the tender documents.
