Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 26666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 80000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience of Electro-Mechanical works.
The satisfactory completion of similar electrical works (must include installation of medical gas & pipeline works) of minimum Tk= 2.00 (Two) crores under single contract within last 05 (Five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies. i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk= 4.00 (Four) Crores over last five years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk= 1.50 (One Point Five) Crores. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
The required amount of Tender capacity shall be Tk 2.50 (Two point five) crores.
The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship
