b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.95,00,000/- (Ninety-fiveTaka) per year over the last Five (5) years. under any Goverment/ Semi-goverment / Autonomous Organiztion will be considered.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.52,00,000/- (Fifty-two Lakh Taka) only.
