Brief Description of Package: Supply and Installation of 02 (Two) Nos Passanger Lift at Administrative Building and Academic Building of Rajshahi Jail Training Academy.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) The reputed bidders shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift and escalator.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning worth not less than Tk. 60 ( Sixty ) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions uploaded in section-6 of tender document) of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The bidder shall submit a certificate stating that minimum 20 Nos. of lift of proposed Brand & country of origin: (Type-A) Fujitec (Japan), Hitachi (Japan), Kone (Finland), Mitsubishi (Japan), Otis (USA / Japan / France), Schindler (Switzerland), Thyssenkrupp (Germany) or equivalent product manufactured and tested in FINLAND / FRANCE / GERMANY / JAPAN / SWITZERLAND / UK / USA have been used successfully in Bangladesh. A certificate in prescribed form must be attested by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD which stated that minimum 15 of those 20 lifts have installed and have been running successfully in Bangladesh. The bidder shall also have one year's experience of maintenance of minimum 20 nos of lift.
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the bidder shall be TK. 74 (Seventy Four) Lac only. Bank Certificate should be counted 28 days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, VAT Registration Certificate (Containing 13 Digit as per NBR latest specification) and PWD License.
F) Up-to date ABC/BC class contractor License issued from Electrical licensing Board.
