Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The intending tenderers must enclosed VAT Registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License and Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
(c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying and installation of lifts at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully
completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 75.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body /Private
Organization of Bangladesh.
(d) The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of BDT 75.00 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
(e) For works done under PWD, the certifying/authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body/Private Organization(In Case of Private Organization, the certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization ) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same Certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
