Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of I&C spare(s) of minimum Taka 35,00,000/- (Thirty-Five Lac) under a single contract in the last 3 (three) years.
(c) The Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date trade license, be financially solvent, be an income tax payer, have the legal capacity to engage into the contract, and not have a conflict of interest, according to EGCB procurement Policy 2015.
