Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall meet the following eligibility criteria as a minimum to participate in the tender competition.
1. The tenderer shall be any Bangladeshi company.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply/works of communication item shall be 5 years.
3. The minimum number of Manufacturer experience shall be 10 (Ten) years.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Tenderer supply/works of similar items / communication items at least single contract successfully completed at Government /Semi Government / Autonomous body within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk.70 (Seventy) lac.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.70 (Seventy) lac.
